"Before I contacted Next Step Realty, I was scheduling apartment viewings by myself, and I didn't even know the NYC market too much at all. It was incredibly difficult to view more than three apartments a week due to my busy work schedule and cancellations on the part of the random agents I would be in contact with. I reached out to Next Step Realty, and within 24 hrs they got back to me. Victoria was my agent, and she was amazing! After we scheduled a call to talk about the apartments/locations I was interested in, we made an appointment to see apartments all over New York City for one day that weekend. To make transportation easy and efficient, Next Step booked a car service for us and we were dropped off in front of each apartment. We had around 10 apartments lined up to see that day, which was more than what I was able to see in 3 weeks by myself. All the places I saw met or exceeded my expectations for what I was looking for in an apartment. I was able to put a deposit down on an awesome apartment that same day, and signed the lease a few days later. There's no way I could have done this myself, Victoria was a life saver!"
