"Starting a new job after graduation was daunting enough without the added challenge of finding an apartment in NYC during the post-pandemic rental frenzy. Luckily, my job offered me VIP status with Next Step. After a brief phone call going over my rental criteria and answering some basic questions, I was set up with my agent Victoria. From our first call, Victoria was extremely professional, honest, and capable navigating the NYC rental market. We set up a day to tour apartments within my budget and preferred neighborhoods. Victoria pre-approved my application materials to ensure that when I found a place, applying would be as seamless as possible. The tour was a whirlwind with some places rented before we had a chance to see them.
