"Friendly and attentive staff. Our advisor Meena was super nice and well prepared. We scheduled a couple of calls in advance in order to set our parameters and budget prior to our visit. During our visit, we were able to decide on an apartment within 3 hours of our arrival. After the decision, Meena advised us on how to navigate the paperwork, answered questions, and was able to negotiate discounts and move-in dates for us. We were extremely satisfied with their service, and we recommend 100%"

"I am new to town and can confidently say that I would not have been able to find my apartment without the help of Sarah Minton and the Next Step Realty team. Sarah organized a tour of ~10 different apartments, in different neighborhoods and at different price levels. After touring all apartments in one day, we were able to narrow it down to multiple apartments that we would have been happy to live in, and then were able to finalize our decision and move into an apartment that met all of our criteria.
