"My partner and I were relocating to NYC for work and on the recommendation of my cousin, we reached out to Katie at Next Step to help us on our apartment search. We were both living in different cities at the time but Katie worked around our busy schedules. We hopped on a conference call and told her what we were looking for, and she handled the rest! We were only able to go to NYC for less than 24 hours, but Katie was able to show us 11 different apartments in just a few short hours. Based on our early feedback, she adjusted the plan as we went throughout the day to show us apartments she knew we'd like as to not waste our time. At the end of the day, we found the perfect place and Katie walked us through the application and next steps.
