"My roommate and I were referred to Next Step via our employer and from the beginning they worked quick and efficiently. We were connected with Sarah on the same day and she was a great help from the beginning. In one afternoon we were able to see ten different apartments, that all matched our criteria. We worked with Sarah to narrow it down to two places and she worked quickly to submit our application. After some unforeseen circumstances arose with our first choice, she was quick to work with the landlord to sort everything out and eliminate any confusion. She then worked tirelessly to secure our second choice and, again, worked with the landlord to make things effortless on our end. We could not thank Sarah and Next Step enough for all the work they did for us throughout this whole process, and we can confidently say that without their assistance we would be completely lost. We would highly highly recommend Next Step, especially Sarah to anyone who is looking to move into Manhattan. It is without a doubt a whole different ballgame apartment hunting in New York City, and with their help it was quick and painless!"

"Moving into the city is a stressful and overwhelming experience. Next Step and specifically Sarah Minto made this whole process very smooth and easy. To begin, my roommate and I would probably not have found our new apartment without her. Further, once she helped us find our apartment, she worked tiredlessly, even on Sundays, to make sure we had all the information and were on track with getting all the necessary documents.
