"Next Step was the best thing to every happen during my move to New York! I was referred to Next Step via my employer and was immediately connected to Jake. Unfortunately, he got sick a few days before our tour, but he told me he was replacing himself with Sarah and she was the best. That was an understatement!! Sarah was exactly what my roommate and I needed while looking for our first apartment. She constantly listened to what we wanted, adapted to our comments after each tour, and she was never pushy. Honestly I was dreading this process but we had such a fun time with her! In the end, we narrowed down our search to two apartments, but one was taken already. So Sarah quickly called the other one's agent, locked it down, and in a couple hours sent in our application paperwork! It was effortless! That was all in one day. I wasn't able to physically be here to sign the lease, which I was really worried about, but Sarah worked everything out with the landlord and had it sent overnight to my house in Boston. I also wasn't able to physically grab the keys from the landlord's office, but Sarah worked that out as well and arranged for me to pick them up later at the Next Step Office. If you have literally no idea what you're doing I highly recommend Next Step and Sarah Minton because I know for sure that I wouldn't have survived without them! They really went above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, we are so happy with our beautiful apartment!"

"My roommate and I were referred to Next Step via our employer and from the beginning they worked quick and efficiently. We were connected with Sarah on the same day and she was a great help from the beginning. In one afternoon we were able to see ten different apartments, that all matched our criteria. We worked with Sarah to narrow it down to two places and she worked quickly to submit our application. After some unforeseen circumstances arose with our first choice, she was quick to work with the landlord to sort everything out and eliminate any confusion. She then worked tirelessly to secure our second choice and, again, worked with the landlord to make things effortless on our end. We could not thank Sarah and Next Step enough for all the work they did for us throughout this whole process, and we can confidently say that without their assistance we would be completely lost. We would highly highly recommend Next Step, especially Sarah to anyone who is looking to move into Manhattan. She did a great job of setting up a roster of apartments for us to see and at the end of the day I had a deposit down on a new place!
