"My wife and I recently moved to NYC. We truly believe that we could not have found our apartment without the help of Next Step Realty. After looking through an overwhelming list of apartments on Street Easy, we decided to get some help and reached out to Margit. She made the process extremely simple and easy. After a couple of conversations, we visited her in NYC. She had a long customized list of apartments for us - all apartments took into account our requests / preferences. Within a couple of hours after meeting Margit - we were in Next Step Realty's office signing our lease! "Recently moved from Upstate NY down to NYC and was on a massive time crunch, like no place to live and started a new job within a week. Sara at Next Step made it such an easy process and there was no way I could have made the move without her. All I had to do was give her a rough idea of the kind of place I was looking for and whether or not I wanted to actually be within the city or in an outer borough, and she handled all the rest.
