"Moving into NYC for the first time post-college, I didn't know what to expect from the housing market. Luckily, my employer connected me with Next Step. They were prompt to contact me, and immediately scheduled a chat to narrow down my desired apartment. Overall, we had an incredibly smooth experience working with Victoria Scott. Victoria was extremely attentive, making sure that the listings she showed us met all of our feature, budget, and location requirements. She handled the open house scheduling, multitude of application and guarantor forms, and accompanied us to the final lease signing. Thanks to her, my roommates and I have just moved into an incredible apartment in the heart of the East Village, at a price we didn't think was possible! Everyone at the office was incredibly friendly, including the drivers that took us around from listing to listing (a nice touch!). It was very pleasant to work with Next Step, and I have already recommended it to my friends and will continue to do so in the future."

"I moved here right before Fourth of July weekend, a super busy time in NYC. Meena and Kate were extremely helpful and assisted me and my roommate throughout the entire process. We started by getting a feel for what we wanted out of a room, then met up and did an entire day of apartment hunting with a driver. We found the exact place we wanted and closed within the week. The entire process was extremely professional and easy on us as we were still transitioning and dealing with our own moving problems. Great service."

"I moved to the New York area after graduation and Next Step was super helpful! Right from the webinar about housing in NYC to talking to Katie Cummings over the phone and then finally securing an apartment, everything was really smooth. Katie was a huge help and scheduled all the apartment viewings conveniently so the day was packed but very productive. She also helped represent me really well while talking to landlords and building management companies which I was grateful for. She was really fun to talk to and enjoyable to have as a broker while going through apartment hunting, which can sometimes be very stressful.
