"Moving into NYC for the first time post-college, I didn't know what to expect from the housing market. Luckily, my employer connected me with Next Step. They were prompt to contact me, and immediately scheduled a chat to narrow down my desired apartment. Overall, we had an incredibly smooth experience working with Victoria Scott. Victoria was extremely attentive, making sure that the listings she showed us met all of our feature, budget, and location requirements. She handled the open house scheduling, multitude of application and guarantor forms, and accompanied us to the final lease signing. Thanks to her, my roommates and I have just moved into an incredible apartment in the heart of the East Village, at a price we didn't think was possible! Everyone at the office was incredibly friendly, including the drivers that took us around from listing to listing (a nice touch!). "I moved here right before Fourth of July weekend, a super busy time in NYC. Meena and Kate were extremely helpful and assisted me and my roommate throughout the entire process. We started by getting a feel for what we wanted out of a room, then met up and did an entire day of apartment hunting with a driver. We found the exact place we wanted and closed within the week.
