"My experience with Jake was exceptional! He was incredibly responsive and timely with every email, and quickly adjusted our search criteria as needed. He even helped us secure an earlier appointment in a neighborhood we liked the same day, which ended up being the perfect apartment for me! We completed the entire search process in just half a day, and it was completely stress-free. I had a lot of criteria, and Jake was able to check all the boxes. I can’t recommend NextStep Realty and especially Jake enough."

"I had an amazing experience with Next Step. With Victoria as my agent, we were able to tour a number of places across NYC in the areas we were interested in. She was very communicative and responded to all of my concerns promptly. She was also very knowledgeable and helped me feel more at ease in the apartment search process. Victoria ultimately found my roommate and I an apartment that exceeded our expectations and managed all communication with the property management company prior to signing the lease. During the time when I had to apply and sign for the lease, I was traveling overseas and Victoria was incredibly helpful in making this process less stressful. Even after signing the lease, Victoria has responded to any questions I've had and remains a resource. I'd highly recommend hiring Next Step to anyone! Thank you so much Victoria 🙂"

"Great experience - moving to NYC this summer to start full-time work and needed to find housing fast. Mike was phenomenal! Extremely responsive the entire time including after signing the lease to my new apartment. The tour was efficient - saw 9 places within 4 hours and submitted an application to the place I ended up moving in to within the same day. A broker fee is never cheap, but NextStep was truly worth it in spades. If I have to move in NYC again I won't hesitate to work with the NextStep team."

"I had an amazing experience working with Sam and Next Step Realty to find my apartment in NYC. We seamlessly toured 8 apartments, applied to our favorite, and got approved all in one day! Sam also took the time to met up with us again so we could go into the apartment before our lease started."
