My boyfriend and I gave her a pretty comprehensive list of amenities we were looking for and the locations we'd like to live and Samantha took the time to talk to us and understand our priorities and find us our perfect home. The Next Step experience was a pleasure as well. Going from showing to showing in a luxury SUV meant we could just focus on the places we were seeing and not worry about transit over the course of the day. "I could not recommend Next Step more highly. The whole process was seamless, from requesting an appointment and getting matched with our broker, Jordan, to our morning of viewings. Jordan had a call with us a couple weeks before our appointment to figure out what we were looking for and he really nailed it. We saw half a dozen apartments in about two hours, and Jordan was really great about talking through the pros and cons of each. Once we picked our apartment, Jordan walked us through the application process and was super responsive and on top of any follow-ups. This was our first time using a broker and our easiest apartment hunt and move by far. We loved working with Next Step (and especially Jordan)!"
