"We had a great experience searching for an apartment with our agent, Jake. Our search took place on the rainiest day I have ever seen in NYC and the complimentary car was extremely nice to travel between destinations. I reserve one star because while we saw many apartments, I felt we only saw two true apartments that matched our specific location criteria. Regardless, we found an incredible apartment at a great price for which I am grateful we used a broker. My company recommended we use Next Step and after our search with Jake, I would recommend him and the firm as well."

"My roommate and I just moved to NYC and our employer recommended using Next Step to find an apartment. The whole process was really easy, we set up a day to come to the city and tour 6-12 apartments and our broker, Jordan, set up a couple phone calls with us beforehand so he knew exactly what we were looking for. We changed our minds a couple times on what we wanted and Jordan was great about calling us at whatever time worked best for us. The day we looked at apartments Jordan did a great job of showing us what different price points in different areas would get us, really allowing us to decide what was most important to us. After we chose the apartment Jordan was awesome in taking care of all the details for us and working with the management company to get all of the paperwork done.
