"Margit is the absolute best! I needed help finding a new apartment in the city and I'm so happy my friend recommended her to me. Definitely wasn't the easiest process with not only having to deal with me and my very particular requests but my over the top parents who live out of state as well - Margit was amazing with answering all their questions/concerns and kept me calm when things got stressful! She was available at any hour/day to take care of whatever was needed and from the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands and could tell she really only wanted the best for me. On top of it all - she was nine months pregnant!!!! I will definitely only use Margit any time I have to move in the city and highly recommend her and the Next Step team!"

"My girlfriend and I had found out about this company through a friend who had just used Jake to find her an apartment. We got in touch with them and from the get-go they were professional and on top of everything. After having looked for an apartment in the city for months, this was a huge relief. We set up an appointment with Jake and he said he was planning on showing us more than 10 apartments that day! Needless to say, we found our place the same day and he made the entire renting process extremely easy. He always responded promptly to any questions or concerns and even since moving in has checked up on us multiple times. Matt and the team over at Next Step really streamlined the process and accommodated our very busy schedules.
