"I heard about Next Step from a friend and they were the first realtor that I contacted when moving to NYC from Boston. I had dealt with other realty companies in Boston (many of which were a bit sketchy and disorganized), and I was pleasantly surprised during my great experience with Next Step. First off, the small start-up feel is really welcoming. All the agents were very helpful, but Meena Ziabari was our agent, and she assembled a great list of properties that checked all the boxes. The process went very smoothly, and within a few days we had closed on an apartment in Manhattan. I would highly recommend Next Step for anyone looking to make sense of what can be a hectic apartment hunt in NYC."
