"My roommate and I worked with Next Step for our first apartment in NYC. We worked with Margit Weinberg and she and her team really made the process as smooth as possible. The initial tour date went well and we got to see a good variety of apartments. She also worked well with the lack of specifics we were able to give her. While we ran into some policy changes on the side of some of the apartment management companies, Next Step was always good at keeping us updated and advocating on our behalf. I would definitely recommend the company, especially for those looking for their first apartment."
