Next Step and our agent Sarah were great to work with and made finding a new apartment a smooth process and with as little stress as can be had when searching in New York. I always felt that Sarah was acting as my agent, keeping me in the loop and acting as an advocate with other brokers and management. Having looked on my own for an apartment, I knew an agent wasn't necessary but it made a difference in trying to find not just a nice apartment, but a real gem, just what we found through Next Step. I recommend both Sarah and Next Step for anyone trying to find the best apartment with the easiest process.

"For a very stressful transition, next step and our agent Hana made the situation so much easier! We didn't have to do anything but show up on the day of the tour. We ended up doing the first tour of apartments and never found anything so Hana set up another date for us to come and do it all over again. They didn't give up on us nor pressure us into getting an apartment the first time around! Highly recommend!"

"Hana was great! Knowing little to nothing about NYC, I didn't know where to begin in terms of apartment searching. After sharing what I was looking for in an apartment, Hana was able create of list of seven different apartments in the area I was looking at, but by the third apartment tour, I knew that was the place I wanted to call home. I applied immediately and will be moving into that very apartment this coming Saturday. I would've been lost without Next Step"
