"When the time came for my boyfriend and I to find an apartment in Manhattan, we were lucky enough to be connected with Next Step. On our one day apartment tours, we were able to see a variety of apartments that met our wish list and budget. Our broker, Jake, helped us in preparing documents ahead of time, which made our application submission a breeze! "Just graduated and moved to NYC for work. Next Step helped a lot in my apartment hunting and my broker Michelle is awesome. The initial communication is great. I especially like the one-day apartment hunting thing. Really efficient and super helpful to people like me who need to travel to NYC to check the apartments. After I decided the apartment, we had some problem regarding the starting date. But Michelle worked really hard to negotiate on my behalf with the building, and problem solved at the end. "My boyfriend and I recently moved from Jersey City to NYC to make commuting every day much easier. We started looking on our own and realistically had no idea what we were doing. Upon reaching out to Next Step we were contacted by Katie, our agent, who asked us a few questions and got to know what we wanted. The following Saturday we set out and looked at 6 places.
