"My girlfriend and I recently moved to NYC from Denver, and at first we were conflicted about whether or not we should use a broker. "My roommate and I both just graduated from college in South Carolina and were looking to move to NYC with very little direction. A friend of a friend recommended Next Step to us and I cannot rave about them enough. I called Next Step less than a week before I was coming to look at apartments and told our broker, Victoria, I wanted to have a lease signed ASAP to move into a place in 2 weeks.
