He was very friendly and open to answering any of our questions prior to the tour! During the appointment, we were able to tour a number of places across NYC in the areas we were interested in. Jake was very responsive and made sure to address all our concerns promptly. He was very knowledgeable about the region and gave us many helpful tips important for renting in NYC.
