"The experience was awesome! Jordan was amazing, extremely responsive -- before the search, before/during signing, and even after we had moved in. Made the process seamless and efficient, told him what we wanted and he was able to tailor our visit based on our wants and needs perfectly. Has great knowledge about the different neighborhoods and the rental market. Truly the highest quality of professional service."

"I had an amazing experience with NextStep Realty and with my agent, Victoria Scott. She was extremely responsive via email and phone the month leading up to our in-person tours, and she was in-the-loop with the market despite it moving so quickly with things being added and removed every hour. My roommate and I couldn’t have found a place we love so much if it wasn’t for Victoria’s help. She also continued to help us after we signed the lease, with more of our general NYC questions. I strongly recommend using NextStep for your apartment search!"
