"Just graduated college in 2024 along with two of my roommates, with not a clue of what to do. We all had jobs in Manhattan already but nowhere to live and a small budget (which is not easy). We were connected with Meena and Next Step through my roommate’s company and thank God for that. We went out for one day of tours, found a beautiful apartment in the East Village for a great price. We told Meena we wanted it so she took us back to HQ and we sat down for 2 hours and she made it happen for us. She also gave us an extended move in date by 15 days to accommodate us.
