"We worked with Jake Vitale at the beginning of March to find a two-bedroom apartment in Williamsburg, and were successful in finding a nice place! We were able to find an apartment we liked, submit an application, and submit a deposit in one day, and it was an overall easy process. It was really nice how tailored the day was to our needs (places with access to MTA, parks, and windows) and we wound up in a much nicer place than we thought possible within our budget! I would recommend working with Jake if you need to find a place on short time frame for an upcoming move! The process is simple, straightforward, and they really do care about getting you into a good place within your budget."

"I had a fantastic experience with Next Step. I needed to sign an Oct 15 lease and wasn't going to be able to view apartments until Oct 3. I was nervous about the quick turnaround but Jake made it a seamless process. On the day of my appointment he had a lineup of several great apartments for me to see. The apartment I ended up choosing hadn't been listed yet so I know I wouldn't have gotten it if I hadn't worked with Jake. I love my place and never want to leave, but if I have to move again I will absolutely use Next Step again."
