It was great working with Katie from Next Step! She really made the apartment hunting process a breeze, always answering any questions myself and my two roommates had. She was also super accommodating, making it easy for us to find a place given our tight schedule and budget. She worked to sort out calls given a time difference, schedule viewings given other commitments, and generally was just all around very easy to work with. Katie also helped us to feel represented in the NYC real estate market, which was a huge plus! We’re super happy in our new apartment, and really thank Katie for putting in the extra hours to help us make it happen! She even took extra time to help figure out how best to lay everything out, an added bonus!
