I truly can’t recommend Next Step enough. It’s so evident that the client is the #1 priority here. Prior to moving, I had lived in TX my whole life and had only moved between Austin and Dallas. I was a little nervous about such a big move, but my experience at Next Step eased so many of the nerves. I reached out just a few days before visiting the city, and Next Step promptly responded and put me in contact with an agent in less than 24 hours. From the get-go, Ryan was incredibly responsive and inquisitive, doing everything he could to put together different options for me. He got all of my necessary info, contacted landlords and listing agents ahead of time, and got me in to view some apartments that were not yet officially posted for others to view. We spent several hours that Saturday being taken from apartment to apartment by the Next Step driver (SUCH a nice perk). Each place was a legit option and fell within my desired parameters, which made it so hard to decide! I would not have had such an incredible introduction to NY or found such an incredible apartment without Ryan. I ended up with the perfect place for me in the Upper West Side and couldn’t be happier! I’ve been living here for 3 months now and still haven’t gotten over how grateful I am for my apartment – all thanks to Ryan & Next Step.
