Using Next Step was super efficient and they and my agent, Victoria, seemed to understand what I was looking for. In about 4-5 hours I was shown about 9 different apartments. Having just come off a 16 hour flight from the Philippines, it didn’t feel like a drag at all. They definitely know their stuff, and Victoria was very communicative throughout the process and even after closing the apartment–would recommend.
