I had a great experience finding an apartment with Next Step! My broker Meena Ziabari was extremely helpful in my search – she clearly understood exactly what I was looking for. I was moving from out of state and only had one day in the city to search, so I was very worried about if this would work out in such a small timeframe. Since Meena had found places that clearly matched what I had asked for I only ended up needing to see a few places before picking an apartment that I’m very happy with! Meena’s assistant Sara was also helpful as she helped coordinate most of my paperwork beforehand, and walked me through all of the steps during my lease signing. It was also great to drink a glass of wine while signing my lease! I would definitely recommend Next Step to anyone looking for an apartment in the city, and I plan to reach out to Meena & Next Step again if I’m looking for a new place in the future.
