As for UBS: I had spent several hours speaking with friends and family and researching online for potential brokers to use to find our apartment. The email we received from UBS came on June 30th, which was well after the deadline needed for contacting a broker to find an apartment before we start work. If the email had come maybe a month earlier (or more) it would have given us ample time to contact Next Step and use them as our broker.
