I couldn’t have had a better experience with Next Step, especially Liz Leviston!! From the very beginning when I showed up at the wrong office they made sure I still made it across town in time in the Next Step car in order to make my first appointment. I didn’t have much knowledge about NYC real estate and Liz was able to talk to me before hand and easily adjust our tours along the way once I got a better sense of what I was looking for. Liz went above and beyond to accommodate me as I only had a couple of days in town and put together a great variety of apartments and was able to quickly pick up on what was important to me and what I was looking for. The entire process was extremely quick yet smooth given the situation. Liz helped tremendously ever step of the way! I highly recommend working with Liz!! She and the entire company continue to reach out to me to make sure everything is going well.
