I recently relocated to NYC from Atlanta for work. A couple of my co-workers had worked with Next Step and had very positive feedback about their moves. Client relations and my broker, Jake, reached out immediately to find out my ideal living location, budget, and amenities were. Jake showed me a number of apartments all within my budget and that included my specific requests. We were able to see a number of places within a short amount of time and by 4 PM I had filled out an application on my top apartment! With Jake providing us with the list of requirements beforehand made the process a lot easier. I cannot imagine moving to NYC for the first time without going through a brokerage like Next Step. Within 2 weeks the apartment was officially mine!
