It’s a really tough market to find a place right now but Marilyn went above and beyond to help us. We came to tour in person and Next Step was very accommodating, with a car service that let us see 7 places in an afternoon. Marilyn came with us and when we just missed the apartment we really wanted (people will sign on the spot right now) she found us a place within the next week that was pretty much identical in terms of price, size and location. Since we couldn’t be there in person this time, she did a virtual tour for us and even had her assistant measure room sizes for furniture. We ended up signing in early June. Can’t recommend Next Step enough!
