She was flexible and happy to help my roommates and I look at multiple options even before we were entirely sure on how many roommates we would have. Since initially signing the documents, she did a great job of keeping in touch, following up, and ensuring that the status of our lease (and in our case, a condo board approval process), was going according to plan.
