Cannot recommend Next Step (and particularly Matt) highly enough. The apartment he found us has more than what we ever expected we could get with our budget. We’re extremely happy with the apartment, the building, the location. Matt really listened to us and we more than checked off all of our “want” check boxes. He was also extremely attentive and organized through the acceptance process. There was a lot of back and forth between different parties, but he told us exactly what we needed to do and kept us updated. If we didn’t have a broker, we probably would’ve given up on this apartment a long time ago. But we’re so glad it worked out, and we thank Matt for making it happen.
