My roommate and I had a wonderful experience with Meena at Next Step. She did a great job at learning and understanding our needs and showed us a number of good places. The apartment building we choose ended up being extremely difficult to work with upon signing a lease. They were trying to change terms on us such as rent and start dates, but luckily with Meena’s help she was able to get us the best deal possible. As first time renters the experience really threw us for a loop at first but Meena didn’t give up on getting us exactly what we wanted and what we deserved!
