My sister and I recently graduated from college and moved to NYC. Our employers put us in contact with Next Step Realty and our broker, Katie. A few weeks ago, we spent one day searching for an apartment within our price range. Katie showed us apartments at both the higher and lower ends of the spectrum. Looking back, we realize it was important to see less expensive apartments within our budget in order to justify spending more on an apartment we really liked. We are very happy with the apartment we chose at the end of the day, and owe it all to Katie! She also helped with other questions we had regarding the lease, moving in, etc. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.
