My two roommates and I were thrilled with our Next Step experience — Sarah was super professional while also being warm and honest with us throughout the whole experience. She picked out a great range of apartments, and although we would’ve preferred seeing some places in a lower price range or some outside of Manhattan (e.g., Queens which is totally on the come-up), we wound up in an apartment that perfectly balances all three of our needs. The process went really smoothly and having a car take us around was probably the biggest draw — we didn’t have to worry about transportation at all and were able to visit a variety of neighborhoods.
