I highly recommend working with the Next Step Realty when looking for a place in the city, especially if you don’t have the time or ability to spend multiple days in the city before moving here. I worked with Luke Walsh, and he was wonderful. We had a call before the showings so that he could understand my must haves and budget. He also provided me with a comprehensive list of documents I would need when applying for an apartment. The day of Luke showed me multiple apartments via a black car. Each apartment met my criteria and budget as discussed. I applied to my favorite and got approved within the hour.
