My roommate and I were very pressed for time and we were located in different cities, so ideally we needed to find an apartment we liked, and get approved, on the day of our appointment with Next Step. Thanks to Next Step, we were able to do this. Katie Cummings was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was always open to answering any questions or concerns that came up, and always responded in a timely manner. She was very attentive before, during and after the appointment, and was a great guide throughout the apartment search.
