I recently relocated from SF to NYC. I didn’t know the city that well and didn’t have a good sense for exactly what I was looking for. My agent, Margit, did an incredible job helping me find a place. She gathered all of things that mattered most to me and prepared a detailed itinerary with over a dozen great apartments in my price range in the neighborhoods I was most interested in. By the end of the day I felt that I had a very good sense of what was available and was able to make an informed decision. Once I made my choice she helped with every aspect of submitting the application and securing the apartment. I’m very happy with the apartment that I ultimately chose and am thankful to have had Margit help me through the process.
