I had a phenomenal experience. I was moving from Philadelphia to New York, and despite having lived in NYC before needed the extra help to find something that wouldn’t feel like “settling.” There were numerous calls leading up to the day of the showing to get ALL my preferences with my phenomenal broker, Marilyn.
